Yes.  El Yunque National Forest is a mountainous, sub-tropical, crescent-shaped rainforest on the windward side of the El Yunque Mountains.  It is maintained by the US Forest Service and serves as one of Puerto Rico's main eco-tourism attractions.

     It does. Puerto Rico's El Yunque Rainforest, which is contained entirely within the boundaries of the El Yunque National Forest, is the only tropical forest maintained by the U.S. Forest Service. It is relatively small but extremely biodiverse, and is home to some species that are not found anywhere else. The forest receives about 60,000 visitors annually. 

The El Yunque rain forest in Puerto Rico accommodates tourism with hiking trails, campgrounds and access to water for recreation. It comprises an area of 11270 ha, located 40 km southeast of San Juan, in Sierra de Luquillo. It receives 240 inches of rain per year.

Yes Puerto Rico does contain some rainforests. One example is the El Yunque National Forest located on the slopes of the Sierra de Luquillo Mountains. It encompasses 28,000 acres, making it the largest block of publi land on the island of Puerto Rico. El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in the US park system. Typical rainfall can be as high as  meters per year and is composed of four different vegetation areas: Tabonuco Forest,, Palo Colorado Forest, SIerra Palm Forest, and Dwarf Forest.
