Good question, alfredoshelton.  One particular waterless urinal that seems to be the best is called the H2Zero Cube by a company called Caroma.  It says it is superior to other waterless urinals because it has a one way airtight seal and air freshener that gets rid of odors better and is more hygienic than others.
